• Peer reviewer for Suomen Antropologi, a peer-reviewed open access journal published by the Finnish Anthropological Society since 1976.

• Film submission reviewer for the 7th Annual International Polar Film Festival 2023. The Annual International Polar Film Festival is organized by USAPECS to showcase short videos on topics related to the polar region to the public and broader APECS (Association of Polar Early Career Scientists) community.

• Student application reviewer for Sharing Circle for Early Career Professionals and Arctic Youth 2023. APECS & Arctic PASSION Sharing Circle for early career professionals and Arctic youth is organized by the Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) and the EU Project Arctic PASSION in Sevettijärvi and Inari, Northern Finland, from October 2-6, 2023.  Participants gain a better understanding of the Arctic and its people, the intercultural and transdisciplinary complexity of the Arctic, and the value of sharing experiences and knowledge in collaborations. Learnings and experiences from the Sharing Circle help participants to build a frame for working towards equitable and genuine collaborations and a sustainable Arctic future. 

• Grant application reviewer for the Icelandic Research Fund’s expert panel on Social sciences, law and educational sciences 2022. The Icelandic Research Fund is an open competitive fund that provides research grants according to the general priorities of the Icelandic Science and Technology Policy Council and based on peer review of proposals. The Icelandic Research Fund is administered by Rannís, the Icelandic Centre for Research.
